Write a report that “serves as a basis for addressing security problems in the integration of ad hoc mobile wireless networks with fixed infrastructure environments,” in particular first responders and sensor networks. The report was completed in December 2004 and released to the public through the ISTS on-line library. We also submitted, for ISTS internal distribution only (the documents have not been through Sandia Review & Approval), two project artifacts: (a) an annotated bibliography, and (b) reading notes on Perkins’ book on Mobile IP.
