Activism in the Electronic Age: The impact of technology on political protest
Over-Exposure in the Digital World
The combined System Administration, Networking, and Security Institute (SANS) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) "List of Top 10 Internet Security Threats bulletin" has identified vulnerability scanners as critical security tool for both law enforcement and commercial enterprise. ISTS and SANS performed a review of these scanners to assess their ability to correctly identify the SANS top ten listed threats.
This project morphed into two new projects: Security Database with Vulnerability Scanner and COTS Evaluation and Certification Effort.
