Conference held 3/29/01 in New York City. Electronic commerce is a growing target for criminal and terrorists, leading to increasing caseloads in this sector. Goals are to increase awareness of state-of-the-art investigative technology, guidance for the development of dual-use technology, and information exchange between the industry and US law enforcement using ITS as in information broker.
