Cyber Warfare: An Analysis of the Means and Motivations of Selected Nation States

Project Description

The TAG is producing, in a year- long effort, a publication analyzing foreign information warfare and information operations in a geopolitical context. This document is building on the findings of the ISTS Cyber Attacks During the War on Terrorism report. A capabilities and indications summary of foreign threats will be a valuable tool for government, academic, and private industry clients. Information collected throughout the year is being distilled into a comprehensive report. In the long run this document can provide a starting point and framework to continue summarizing trends and characterizing current threats. This will assist in vulnerability identification and countermeasure development. Printed and Desseminated in December 2004.
