Compendium of Recent Counter-Terrorism Recommendations

Project Summary

Fast response effort (Post 9-11) to summarize for legislators and policy-makers recent key counterterrorism recommendations from authoritative commissions and subject matter experts. Compile and synthesize key reports on terrorism and homeland defense recommendations. Provide reference tool of consensus-based recommendations regarding best counter-terrorism and homeland defense actions. Report released on Sept. 16, 2001. Broadly disseminated to congressional leaders and staff.
