Dartmouth Centers Forum

The Dartmouth Centers Forum seeks to respond to growing political, ideological, social and intellectual dissonance in the academy and society. We hope to create an enabling environment for constructive thinking and open dialogue campus-wide about current issues of the day.  Activities include faculty research and curricular enhancement seminars, public events, and facilitated student dialogues.

The I3P

The Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection (The I3P) is a Consortium that includes academic institutions, federally-funded labs and non-profit organizations. With a nationwide membership that continues to grow, the I3P brings experts together to identify and help mitigate threats aimed at the U.S. information infrastructure. The I3P functions as a virtual national lab with the ability to organize teams and workgroups to address research and policy-related aspects of the vulnerabilities inherent in the information infrastructure.



Cyber Security R&D Center

The Cyber Security R&D Center was established by the Department of Homeland Security in 2004 to develop security technology for protection of the U.S. cyber infrastructure.

Founded in 1998, i-SAFE America provides Internet safety information and knowledge to students, parents, and everyone in the community in a variety of ways.



The SANS Top 20 Internet Security Vulnerabilities

This SANS Top-20 2004 is composed of two Top Ten lists: the ten most commonly exploited vulnerable services in Windows and the ten most commonly exploited vulnerable services in UNIX and Linux.
