Adam Goldstein

adamgoldsteinAdam Goldstein is the Associate Director for Information Security with Information Technology Services (ITS) at Dartmouth College, where he leads information security operations and serves as the security adviser on numerous IT projects and working groups. With over 14 years experience in information security at institutions of higher education and a background in systems and network engineering, he has a thorough understanding of the unique security challenges in academia.

Mr. Goldstein received his BA from Rutgers University and his Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University. He is a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), and also holds CISA and CISSP certifications.

In addition to his roles as Associate Director of Information Security and instructor for the past three years of the high school summer program, Mr. Goldstein is a much sought after instructor for security education, teaching courses at River Valley Community College and Southern New Hampshire University as well as leading security seminars for Dartmouth faculty and staff. Mr. Goldstein also coordinates the joint ITS/ISTS Securing the eCampus conference for security professionals working in academia, held each summer at Dartmouth.
