Elliott Fisher

Dr. Fisher is Professor of Medicine and Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School. He is the primary investigator for the Dartmouth Atlas Project, and a leader of TDI's health policy reform efforts. He is a member of the Institute of Medicine (IOM), served on the IOM committee that recently released reports on performance measurement and pay for performance, and is currently co-chair of the National Quality Forum committee developing recommendations for a national framework for measuring and improving the efficiency of U.S. health care.
