| Timothy Burdick |
Dr. Timothy Burdick attended Dartmouth College where he received a double major in Earth Sciences and Geography. He completed his MS in Forestry at Virginia Tech before returning to Dartmouth for Medical School . He completed his residency in Family Medicine in Maine.
Dr. Burdick worked for the Central Vermont Medical Center as the lead physician for ambulatory EHR implementation from 2006-2009. Currently, he works at Fletcher Allen Health Care and is the lead ambulatory physician for implementation of Epic for 1500 users at 90 clinical sites.
Dr. Burdick started a consulting business focusing on EHR implementation and adoption in VT, working closely with the state RHIO (VITL). He is involved in research and pilot projects focusing on the use of EHRs for chronic care registry functions, patient- centered medical homes, and integrated primary care behavioral health.
