- Peter Cassidy - Secretary General of the Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG)
- Andrew Jaquith - Senior Analyst at Forrester Research
- Brenda Oldfield - Director, Cyber Education & Workforce Development, DHS National Cyber Security Division
- Rodney Petersen - Government Relations Officer & Security Task Force Coordinator
- Katherine Lynk Wartman - Co-author of Online Social Networking on Campus, PhD in Higher Education (Boston College)
The first day's program also included a panel discussion on email for higher education; panelists included:
- Mary Corcoran - Associate Vice President, User and Support Services Information Technology Services at Boston College
- Adam Preset - IT Technical Director, Information Systems & Computing, University of Pennsylvania
- Ellen Young - Manager of the Consulting Services Group at Dartmouth College
Day two featured several break-out sessions.
- Scott Rea discussed the benefits of PKI on campus with information on the Higher Education Bridge Certification Authority (HEBCA) and the Four Bridges Forum (4BF)
- The Dartmouth Cyber Security Initiative team presented their research on performing security services in the cloud.
- Peter Cassidy presented the Anti-Phishing Working Group's Phishing Education Landing Page.
- Ashlyn Lembree and Sergey Bratus presented on an RIAA File-sharing Lawsuit.
