Jonathan Razo

Jonathan Razo

Jonathan Razo is the Chief Security and Compliance Officer at IBM's Research Division. He's responsible for setting the worldwide security policy for the Research labs worldwide, deploying common solutions and processes to assist the research community innovate while maintaining a balance between a secured environment and risks, as well as for the compliance posture of the division. He is an active member of IBM security committee that define security standards, data protection, among other emerging risks. Previously, he worked in the Software division serving as a security subject matter expert/consultant, and in Corporate Audit as IT Auditor. He received his bachelors degrees in Applied Math, Spanish Literature, and Latin American Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
