The presentation will describe LabSEC (Computer Security Laboratory located at Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil) and its projects and research activities. The presentation topics will cover softwares that have been developed by LabSEC like Certificate Management Systems, a signer that implements the Brazilian Digital Signature Standard. I will also talk about the OpenHSM, a open-source hardware security module (HSM) implementation. To conclude I will describe some current research activities of the Laboratory.
